At Wentwood Greens, every order is freshly harvested, carefully packed and prepared to order. We take great pride in the quality of our microgreens and want every customer to be delighted with their purchase.

Returns

As our microgreens are freshly harvested and perishable, we're unable to accept returns of correctly supplied products.

If Something Isn't Right

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or you believe the quality is not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us investigate, please include:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Photographs of the product and packaging where possible.

Our Freshness Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If we've made a mistake, or your order doesn't meet the high standards we expect, we'll make it right.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacing the affected product with freshly harvested microgreens at no additional cost.

As a small, local business supplying freshly harvested produce, we do not offer refunds for perishable goods that have been correctly supplied.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before harvesting or preparation has begun.

Once harvesting or packing has started, we're unable to guarantee that orders can be cancelled or amended.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll always do our best to help.

Collection Orders

If you've selected collection from Wentwood Greens HQ (Penhow), we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Please collect your order during the agreed collection window. As our products are freshly harvested and highly perishable, we cannot accept responsibility for any deterioration caused by delayed collection.

Local Delivery

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order or that you've provided suitable delivery instructions where appropriate.

Once your order has been successfully delivered to the agreed location, responsibility for the correct storage of the products passes to the customer.

For the best quality and shelf life, refrigerate your microgreens as soon as possible after collection or delivery.
